1. The customer agrees that his vehicle is in Driving condition without any faulty brakes or fault in engine or any other parts .
2. Customer can cancel driver or change Time / Destination 45 minutes prior to booking time . After 45 minutes no request will be accepted.
3. Refund will made only through the original mode of payment.
4. The safe driver has the right to stop the car and discontinue journey if customer abuses or mistreat driver. As a company we try to provide Alternative arrangement but refund may not be made for the uncompleted journey.
5. The customer agrees that in order to ensure both customer and driver safety on the road . Customer won't cause any interruption while service is in progress.
6. Customer agrees as safe driver is booked for a trip is changed destination then customer has to pay extra.
7. customer agrees if safe driver is hired for a day if any extra hours for a service is chargeable extra.
